At Apexel, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
